Frame stage is now officially finished however they have a number of things to fix. Our window issue is being resolved. To all those building with Metricon make sure you look at the height of your external doors!! We didn't pick up that they hadn't upgraded our height and are now stuck with 2100mm doors in the back of the house. Totally gutted but nothing i can do about it.

Hi guys, we also have 2340mm internal doors and a 2100 sliding door at the back. I have a feeling metricon don't actually offer sliding timber doors in a higher size for some reason, which is pretty stupid as their tall internal doors are very popular!

ReplyDeleteI know it is very disappointing. They do have the option as all the displays have the higher feature doors. The problem is the sales people fail to mention it or any upgrade for that matter! I am sure it would come at a cost but would have been nice to be given the option. We were just disappointed at the lack of knowledge they have of there own displays.
