For those building a 2 story this is a great upgrade and wasn't to bad on the cost side.
The house had the wrapping put in and the front Varandah was installed. This we are really happy with and gives a lot of space off our bedroom upstairs.

Windows and wrapping
This window we had to ask a number of times to get included in the design. It is actually the window from the Lindrum at Keysborough however we asked to have it added to ours. It is a great window that gives amazing light into the front room and very happy with how that is looking. This is where my feature light fitting from Space comes into play as we want that to hang in that window which should look great.
