More internal photos

We have a small issue with the window in the kitchen. We asked that this be increased in width so that we have no gap between the top of the window and the cabinets. This doesn't appear to have been done correctly and now facing a little issue. For those putting in a window at the kitchen make sure you ask them to have the width increased so as to not have a plaster gap, doesn't cost anything extra. I have no idea why they just wouldn't design things correctly in the first place... but like a lot of things at metricon these things don't get taken into consideration.

Our second major issue is that we have actually paid a lot to have the windows in the lounge and dining room lowered to the floor- as you can see from photos this hasn't happened.
It appears there is an issue with the wording in the contract and our windows have not been engineered or made for this to happen. Our response to metricon is that we requested particular windows from your display homes and expect that you should understand the engineering of these things... not US! But as we didn't pick up on the contract our fault. It does however appear that this will get fixed in the next week thanks god.

Doors in the back- Ugly door handles were installed on our doors when we paid ( dearly might i add) to have these upgraded to nice slim line handles and mortice locks. Door company now has to replace a lot of the parts of these doors. As a lot of structural parts need to be replaced I am concerned and will be watching to make sure that nothing is actually just patched up.
